During the last few years, the hospitality and wellness experience have been redefined due to COVID-19. Our team has taken this time to carefully adapt, pivot and re-envision a new guest experience at Hasbrouck House. While some portions of this experience have changed, our foundational commitment to your well-being, comfort and relaxation remains an unwavering service.
We look forward to responsibly and confidently welcoming you to our historic home with exclusive, yet inclusive amenities, 50 acres of manicured lawns and native landscape, our landmark pool, blazing fire pits, private lake, vegetable gardens, groomed wandering trails and newly added outdoor game courts. For the most current booking information please visit our Book A Room tab. All availability for the next 6 months has been updated and is easily accessible for online reservations. Our number one priority remains the health of our staff, guests and broader H/H community. With that in mind, we have implemented the below operational procedures and safety measures and will continue to update this strategy as needed. HOURS & CAPACITY:
Front Desk Hours will be limited to: Sunday - Thursday | 9am-8pm and Friday + Saturday | 9am-10pm.
The property will be operating with a limited staff density, with staggered working days/ hours.
Dinner, Brunch and Bar service from Butterfield is available to guests and the public.

STAYS AT H/H:
Hasbrouck House and Butterfield are following the guidelines of the CDC and New York State Department of Health where all guest-facing team members may decide to wear a mask or not based on their comfort level. Guests are not required to wear masks on the Hasbrouck House & Butterfield property.
Sanitizing stations will be available throughout the property.
All check-in and checkout procedures can be made contactless to allow for safe and easy social distancing.
New masks can be requested from Hasbrouck House or Butterfield staff members.
Guest rooms will be well-stocked with fresh linens and bath amenities. Additional bath amenities and products can be requested from the guest service team. Linens will be replenished by request only.
We welcome hotel guests 12 years of age or older for overnight stays.
Guests cancelling due to a positive COVID-19 test will be asked to provide proof of results, in order to be eligible for a refund outside our 14 day cancellation window.
ENHANCED CLEANING PROCEDURES:
Housekeeping staff will abide by all current New York State directives and follow the guidance of the CDC, FDA and local department of health and will be outfitted with proper PPE to do so safely.
As always, Hasbrouck House’s HVAC system includes both HEPA and UV filtration systems.
All highly trafficked areas and touch points will be vigorously and continuously cleaned. Highly touched items in each guest room will also be detail cleaned.
Guest room linens will be laundered by a third party vendor at a temperature of 190F degrees.
At this time, our daily tidy services are by request only and depending upon staffing. Please contact the front desk to check for availability and arrangements between 10AM - 4PM. Should you also like any items removed such as garbage or dirty linens or if you are in need of additional room amenities such as soaps, towels or linens, please reach out to our front desk staff.

BUTTERFIELD HEALTH & SAFETY
Hasbrouck House and Butterfield follow the guidelines of the CDC and New York State Department of Health. All guest-facing team members may decide whether or not to wear a mask, based on their comfort level.
Al fresco dining is available on the bluestone patio when weather permits. Cocktails can be enjoyed on our historic front porch. If you would like to dine outdoors on our Cauldron Bar or Garden Patio, we advise making a reservation.
Clean menus will be provided to each guest for ordering.
Surfaces will be sanitized between seatings. All highly trafficked areas and touch points will be vigorously and continuously cleaned throughout the restaurant.

WELLNESS:
At this time all guests must sign a health declaration and release prior to receiving a massage from our therapists. Windows can be left open in our wellness room for the duration of the massage if requested by a guest. Our wellness room and massage tables are thoroughly cleaned between each guest with CDC approved cleaning products
OUR STAFF:
Butterfield has ServSafe certified leadership, who retrains staff daily on all current NYS Health & Safety Measures.
Staff has been trained to practice good hygiene. Wash hands with soap and hot water frequently and thoroughly. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer when soap and hot water are not readily available.
Will stay home if sick or present a fever.
If a staff member comes in contact with a covid positive person or tests positive for Covid 19, the staff member will follow all New York State + Local Guidelines regarding testing and quarantining.
